i bought a ‘thumb drive’
for just such things
plugged it in and nothing happened
there were no controls or instructions anywhere for it

just yesterday i put in a dvd-r and tried to do the same thing
storing e-mails
all that opened were my pictures not e-mail or written text
again no way to transfer files

i’m at a loss to understand what may be common
for many geeks

it’s all greeks to me lol
