Norton makes them.

Lee Valley sells them too. The wheels have some bad reviews on
Amazon, but my Norton wheel is not a problem.

Apparently some buyers have had wheels that vibrate, so
by from a retailer that will send you a new one without yanking
your chain if you get a bad one.
