Depends on the grade and figure also. I’ve gotten good #1 Common for 2.50 – 3.00 bft…..#2 for 1.79 – 2.50 bft or so. Figured is much more (Curly, Gummy, Curly Gummy….). I mostly buy the figured – (for boxes and small cabinets). Non figured is best for furniture and larger cabinets/bookshelves.

The real price killer is the shipping. Cherry is not a common wood on the west coast where I am and, usually, you pay more for shipping here then you do for the wood itself.
