Thank you gentlemen. The part was broken and refabricated by the owner with jb weld. It isn’t pretty, but it’s working for now. Me being who I am – and just beginning to populate my woodshop with a few tools now that I’ve settled into my own place – I know I would want to replace the part if at all possible. I will take your suggestions and see what I can find out. $100.00 seems like a good price for a saw with some life left in it. Thanks for your help!
