The guy is asking 350 for a saw with no motor. Sounds too steep. How much is a motor.

Figure about $300-$500 depending on where you get it. Might be able to find a used one a bit cheaper. If it has an IEC type starter, you should be good… if it has a NEMA type starter, then you may have to mess with it as well.
