Bill – I’m not 100% certain, but I believe I have read that, while our 733s have sharpenable blades, the 734 does not. I see that as a relatively minor issue. Depending on usage, you would probably need to replace the blades on the 734 every 2 to 5 years.

Someone else may be able to confirm or correct my statement that the 734 blades are not replaceable.
