This guy started out in England selling thru ebay, then he opened Fitters World NA. These cheap blades are marketed as being the alternative to sending out for resharpening – for about the same money as a resharpen, you can put in a new blade and not have to take it in anywhere or wait for it to come back. I’ve used the 165mm Dewalt plunge saw replacement blades, there’s really no difference in the quality of the cut with my Dewalt saw using these blades – on ply or 3/4 mdf you still get a glue line cut, on melamine coated particle board, you’re still going to get 1 perfect side with just a few bits of break out facing you – like you would with your regular blade.
One thing to note for Dewalt users is they have blades with different toothing, I got a ripping blade which is like the proverbial knife thru butter. Definitely recommended.
