Honestly in this day and age preserving the knowledge some of us have picked up from old timers, or from our old timers is very important. There will come a day when we need to be able to build our own things, and honestly, looking around, there are fewer and fewer of the really knowledgable old timers around. And it’s very sad, but then the first great loss of knowledge in our country really was the civil war when the blue collar men went off to war and died in the millions.
