I have both an ROS and a 1/4 sheet palm sander. I have lots and lots of sheets of sand paper, but as was said, it’s a PITA to change sheets at times, especially when you’ve been using it for awhile and your fingers are vibrating.

I fixed that.

I bought a large sheet of H&L velcro and used one side of it for the sander. I glued it on with 3M #77 spray adhesive. It works pretty well that way.
I figured if it didn’t, I would try contact cement, but so far it hasn’t come loose after about 50 sheets of H&L.
