Casters that can swivel under load whether locked or not are unacceptable.
Zambus style casters are the only ones worth buying. Everything else is an accident waiting to happen.

The problem arises when a wheel on a swivel rotates causing the machine to shift while you are delicately trying to keep your hands out of the cutters. That one variable popping out of the blue can cost you fingers.
