Hey there wicked one, everything in my shop is on wheels (casters), some with fixed at one end and some with swivel all around. Some have breaks, some don’t, – depends on your required usage.
One version is what I have on my sanding table configuration – 4 swivels and 2 leveling pads.
You can use (instead of what I used) a threaded rod, wing nut and nut set in a piece of 2×4, it works just as good. As far as casters go, don’t use anything less than 3” dia, with a tire tread that is compatible with the floor surface, and get a wide a tread, not less than 1”.
