I would just put plastic feet on the legs. Cheapest stuff is the polyethylene cutting boards which you can buy at the thrift stores for a buck or two. They’re usually a half or 3/8 thick. Countersink some holes, chamfer the edges (easy with a hand plane) and screw them to the legs. You’ll still be able to move it, but it won’t even wiggle unless you apply your hip.
