OK I’d like to give a follow up on the sears experience…...... Its been a little over a week and have been anxiously waiting for my belt to show up, nothing shows up. This afternoon I called sears to find out the status of the belt. After being handed off to numerous employees I finally talked to the correct person which was the warranty department (imagine that). The gentleman kindly told me that my warranty item has been declined. “What why didn’t someone call to tell me that!”. Well as he jumped through hoops trying to explain to me what happened he put me on hold…....The music continues…..and continues… Finally he comes back and tells me that the item was reordered and should be out to me within the week if not the first of next week. I asked again what happened the first time and the answer was the shipping address was wrong. Hmmm I’m starting to become an avid none user of Craftsman lately due to the inconsistent customer service and the monopolizing of parts. Granted some parts are readily available but you have to get them shipped and pay a pretty sum just for shipping. Once again Sears you’ve created a believer out of me.
