Well good news!! I had a brain fart and realized that I still had a little over a month left on the warranty. I called my local sears this morning and told them my story of the crappy belt. The salesman ask for the basic info and said I’d have a new belt within 3-5 days.

I’ll still be on the lookout for a cheaper alternative and if i find any good info on a belt I’ll let all you guys know.
