Posted on Got retro-fit kit for RAS but now confused

Its quite possible the base is bent. My first RAS was a craftsman and i had nothing but problems with it. Ive been told that once the base is out of true that it is nearly impossible to fix. Your best bet is either find a new base(which is probably more than the saw is worth.) Or just go find you an old dewalt RAS. I’d go for the latter. Can’t get better than the Dewalt. I own three.
