Posted on older delta or jet contractor saw?

Older is better in my opinion to a point. Fences got much better in the past 30 or so years, anything prior to that from a reputable manufacturer is likely to be a good saw if it has been taken care of but the fence may leave something to be desired. Newer saws do have more features and sometimes better fences but in most cases aren’t as robust as old iron. I would prefer the Rockwell you have pictured to the JET, but as far as asian machines go, an older JET could be a great machine if it’s been maintained and not abused.
