Charlie the gallery sells my chairs for over $7,000 and they move! Everything is relative. I enjoy watching “House Hunters” on HGTV. On that show people hesitate before placing an offer on a place that costs $230,000. In Hawaii you can’t buy a livable house for that amount! Take in consideration also that koa cost between $30 and $70 a board /foot.
