I went to a yard sale two weeks ago based on an ad that said “HUUUUGE Yard Sale. You don’t want to miss this one”.
It was only about five minutes away so I thought it would be worthwhile to check out. When I got there, the entire inventory was displayed on three drop cloths, and consisted entirely of homemade beaded jewelry.

I asked the homeowner “is this the HUUUUGE Yard Sale that was advertised on CL”?
She replied laughingly “yep. Aren’t you glad you didn’t miss it”

I just rolled my eyes and walked away.

Some people really suck.
