1) Check Bag to see if any rips, tears, or just a poor bag
2) Check Back seal—if its not connected well you’ll blow dust all over the place
3) Check hose connections & hose(s) for poor seal or leaks
4) Check for obstructions that may cause the vacuum to be diminished so you planner is pushing dust where it can. If its the DW735 it blows chips and dust faster than many blowers can accommodate which means you may have to come up with another means to collect the dust
