Stubborn frog bolts update SUCCESS!!!

I FINALLY GOT THEM OUT AFTER A WEEK OF FIGHTING THEM!
so here's what happened, it turns out that that last bolt was both corroded and bent. I think the best verb to describe how I got it out is that I killed it.

Finally, when I put the blade in citric acid this happened, is there something wrong with the temper or something?

Glad the bolt finally came out, even if it was in pieces.

On the iron, if you are talking about the line across, that is the point where the hardened tool steel for the cutting edge is welded to the milder steel that makes up the upper part of the iron. Totally normal to see that after you de-rust an iron in citric acid or Evaporust. Once you wire brush or sand it just a bit to polish up the metal, that line all but disappears.
