I just ordered (from Spectrum Supply) 4 of the Woodmaster C blades for my new G513X2. I opted for the cheap blades because I intend to try to mill some of the wood that’s lying on the ground all around here from the recent tornado. If I ruin a blade cutting some gravel or a nail or something, at least it’s only $15. I still haven’t made the first cut with that saw, and I’m anxious to get to it, but there’s lots of stuff going on right now and I’ve got little time. My plan (if you wanted to call it that) is to mill it green into boards and then let it dry and see what happens. There is wood of all kinds just being dumped on the sides of the road. I don’t have to have long boards to have something I can use. There’s some pecan next door and some on the road to work and I’ve got a cherry and lots of BIG white oak. Hopefully I can find some parts of the tops of the big trees that I can fit through the saw. I’ll let you know how those blades do when I get ‘em.

Unfortunately, Griz doesn’t list any of these carbide blades for my 131.5 inch saw.
