I made mine before they had theirs ready for sale on the marked. I did it for the challange, I looked at the videos, and figured out how it was working, then it was ‘just’ to build it.
One of my friends had ordered one from them, and he was a little annoid but with a smile, that I had one before him.
(I only used it for some test cuts, did no tennons since… lol)
I think many on LJ missed my post since it was so new not a lot knew what it was I had made, and thought it was another kerfmarker.
It’s a col idea this tool, but not the only way. A old LJ wrote me it took him some time to figure out what this was, and then he realized it was the replacement for those pieces of carton he had that matched the thikness of his different tablesawblades, and this is the truth. It is just a help tool to add the blade thicknes as a parameter to a cut.
