Accuracy would be my biggest priority at this time, I have seen other forums on here that seem to also indicate that a 10” may be more accurate than a 12”. Refurb is also a possibility, I would not have a problem going that route. My Ridgid TS 3650 was reconditioned when I bought it 4 or 5 yrs ago, and it has worked out great, and only cost me $300 at the time. I think it has been a great value for me, while fitting most all of my needs.
