I read this and had to come back.

I think I would use a belt sander to bevel the edge then a RO sander to smooth it out.

I just can’t see a safe or efficient way to use a router or saw to do that, unless you just want a short bevel for which you can find a bit to use in your router, after you have cut the radius.

-- No piece is cut too short. It was meant for a smaller project.
