What about making a table with an area to set the sander or planer in.Then just have an adjustable base on the machine. Then the legs on the table don’t need to so precise. If there is a difference in bed heights on the machines, you could have hardboard shims drilled for each and still be able to bolt then in place on the table. This will work with any of the drum sanders and planners that have the adjustments for the drum or knives.
This won’t work with the Grizzly because the bed is what adjusts. Rand
