Your basically gonna have to play with it some. With harder wood, I’ve found the slower you go, the more it wants to burn the wood. You will need to find a happy medium. You want to send it through as fast as possible without bogging the motor down too much or at all. I sand end grain boards through mine and am usually sending them through between 65 and 80… Have fun!
