Could (or should?) we establish… or at least agree upon what could be deemed common enough in one neck of the woods, but “exotic” enough that you couldn’t easily find it in another. I’m sure there’s enough information in a book somewhere, and we could be looking at re-inventing the wheel…. but I’ve got a firewood pile full of oak, ash and maple, with some cherry mixed in.
