I think there is more than one Acme Tools. Here, Acme Tools is primarily a walk in tool store with a primary focus on contractors. Our local one has become a Rockler partner store and supports woodworkers in this area.

In general, I find the prices a little higher than what I can get online, but I like dealing with a real person in a real store that also does repairs. There are a couple of sales people at our Acme who really know their woodworking tools. Besides, they have free popcorn. Can’t get that online.
