I thought it looked like a Red Devil also as I had a couple a long time ago. Single Blade that you could take out and insert it for use as a Scraper?

I stopped using the Single Blades a while back. Now I use the Razor Knife that you just snap off a 1/2” or so when it gets Dull, and good to go in 2 Seconds. When you run out of Blades to Snap, a new one slides in quickly and they are inexpensive by the Dozen or so.
