Posted on Bandsaw blades smaller than 1/8th inch?

Some thoughts:

It really depends on purpose? A thin blade may not handle tension for use which may be the reason you cannot find one? The word is liability????

The smaller the blade size the better the radius cut.

I recently brought out my scroll saw to do a small radius cut and found my blade doing a lot of drifting. I will probably use it for cutting from inside the piece but rely on my bandsaw which has more blade strength.
