I like WOOD and I subscribe. I can only afford one mag and it seems to have the most stuff I’m interested in at my skill level. I look at other mags whenever I get to a large bookstore in the big city like Barnes and Noble – and buy others individually whenever there’s enough in an issue to make it seem worth it. I have a hard time swallowing the individual newstand copy price of any magazine though.

Now, I’m a Mission – Arts and Crafts furniture style fan, too and WOOD has been running projects in this style for several years now. So that’s probably the main reason. But they’re running out of furniture pieces.
