So I was able to instal new tires with the wheels still on! Pretty easily, putting the urethane tires in boiling water did the trick. Now just one last issue. My bottom wheel shaft should be sticking out of my wheel, but mine is about 1/8 of an inch from being flush with the wheel. (This is kinda hard to describe, here is a pick from manual)

In the manual the shaft in going all the way through the wheel. Mine is not, should I be concerned about this. I just purchased this saw from craigslist. Want to make sure I didn’t get screwed
