well, I don’t have a delta, but my manual say’s the table should be set .060 above so when the blades are in, it’s flush. Then if you sharpen, you need to lower the back table obviously. Probably different knives so the numbers might be different, but I can’t imagine a 45 thou diff. Why don’t you try to raise to .040 and set the knives flush with that and see what happens?
