Hi Scotty,
Hardwood are probably best had from NC as opposed to GA or FL.
For instance, check this gent in Iron Station, NC:

Having said that
Robert Ross has a sawmill in SW Marion County that’s quite good and has good prices.
He’s got a very nice selection of hardwoods and softwoods.
B & G sawmill near Tavares has a good reputation.
Bushnell Sawmill 5 miles east of I-75 on CR 48 does a real good job at very fair prices.
I’ve been well pleased with their Cypress and Pine.
Sturgis Hardware in Vero off US 1 has a very nice lumber selection at OK retail prices.
There are numerous small sawmills which can be found by looking on craigslist under /mat
