I have been declared “Legally deaf” by the state of California and I cannot hear on a telephone..period..I can hear sounds and certain speech pitches but Charles has that “Tone and Pitch” I can hear better than others…. One day I was having some serious trouble figuring out how to make reeds on a tapered legs of a sideboard I wanted to do.. So I e mailed A1Jim who in turn..told me to get a hold of Charles Neil and gave me his e mail I e mailed Charles with very little expectations since this was a man who has a ton of followers.. work, and a show to I was not expecting a whole lot of his time..this man.. Charles.. e mailed me back in about 20 minutes..I explained to him what I was trying to do and that I had zero experience milling reeds to tapered legs..and through out the entire day.. he e mailed me back and forth until I had it completely down and was comfortable doing the procedure..NEVER..EVER..has anyone..taken time like that man did..EVER..and his advise was dead was then and there..I knew I wanted to see what this man had to offer..and what he was all about.. Best person on none..he’s knowledgeable.. funny and willing to help wherever needed..

Seriously..if you have ever wondered how certain things are done on any period or contemporary pieces that just grab your attention.. send him an e mail.. he will tell you all about it and how you too, can do it also on your next design..His store has some really great products..I just got both blades he sells and both are awesome..I mean awesome.. cuts like glass.. he does not sell junk or gimmicks either..but high quality stuff.. Check it out..Seriously
