Look from the back under the table and you will see what looks like a half moon type of gear. There is a smaller gear on a shaft. That gear is what tilts the arbor for different angles. Sometimes the set screw will either wear a spot or loosen up over time causing it to slip out of place. Same for raising and lowering for the depth of cut. Check to be sure that the gears are tight and clean and lubed. This is also a good time to check and adjust your stops if needed as well.
