Greetings Russ,
I’ve had that happen to a few of my slides when I installed them. A couple of other things to look at: If the slides are not level on both sides, it will put the drawer in a bind when you try to close it….Make sure they are level front to back…. Also you’ll need to move the slides BACK about a 1/32—to a 1/16th” for the drawer to close all the way….But first check to see if everything is square, and then go from there…..That’s what I’d do…...

edit: Sorry…. I see Kent has already explained that….. but they are all things to check for…...
