I’m on my laptop now, it is definitely something about Windows 7. This has Vista, the old one at home was XP.

I did not need to enlarge the fonts on those systems,

It’s odd that the only place where the font is very small is here in the body of this field where I am typing my reply.

Right above this block are the icons for Bold, Italic,Link and Insert Image. There is nothing in Show Formatting Reference that applies to font size.
