I have a better one….I was making raised panels for cabines. I biscuit joined the panels then sanded them smooth. I was routing the edges and out popped a biscuit, about half of it. I evaluated it and with one of the methods mentioned here, i knew i could fix it. I routed the opposing end grain and boom, out popped another one….i turned the lights out and went to bed…..
