I can understand if it´s nessery but if the surgery is under 1-1½ years old there
is still hope can´t you wait that long before the desission of selling
I remmember I was about 3½ years to recover average from a big carcrash back
in 1981 and I got 37 stitches ind my right hand just to metion one thing
