Someone I know learned the hard way – don’t ask me how I know – but the key factor is to match the pressure required in psi and the air consumption in cfm of the tool to the capacity of the air compressor.

This person I know now has a lovely and clean pneumatic sander and a lovely and clean air compressor.

Don’t tell my – ahhh – his wife – please
