Dusty hard to say what a basic set of cutters would be. If your plight is to do raised panel doors you will need a cope and stick set of some profile…...there are many. As far as panel raisers go…..my most common used is a simple convex. I use an OG pretty often as well just takes a little more grunt and seems to burn more often (on that 1.5 hp machine you will see)

Hard to recomend anything specific without knowing what other equipment you have. Why does it matter…....with a 20 inch or larger planer you can mill panels to 5/8 then single raise them

On the other hand you can double raise (requiring a backcutter) which would tax that 1.5 hp a little

Or you can true raise…..or simply back cut with your panel raiser which requires a little adjustment

I guess…there’s too many ifs, ands, buts and maybes involved

Just put something on that spindle and start running something…....you will learn quickly

( I won’t even mention edge cutters yet)

Enjoy the journey my friend ! Jb
