I was born in Carlisle and raised in Perry County. I live in Hawaii now, but if you get some sort of meeting lined up, I’d fly home for that. My family still lives and loves Perry County. I lost my mom last year too. When she had her first stroke I renamed my business after her, McKee Fine Woodworking. Her maiden name was Mary McKee and I sign my pieces MM. Every time I see those initials a flood of memories wash up… good though.
