Putttn, there is actually one other very important thing, since you mentioned sawstop.

I recently found a dealer on CL that was selling medium sized pieces of thick HDPE. I bought a piece long enough that I could make several sacrificial fences out of. The chunk I bought is 1 inch thick, an inch longer than the depth of the saw, and wide enough to make 3 or 4 fences.

I haven’t cut one down and set it up on the fence yet, but given that you really don’t want aluminum anywhere near the blade on a SawStop saw, I figure this is an important “jig” to attach to the fence. ;)

I have a router bit that will cut a T slot similar to the one in the fence, so I plan to add this feature to my sacrificial fence so that I don’t loose that feature of the incra fence.
