The F series may be an indicator of Duro Metal Products, who made routers and overarm router shapers for themselves, Rockwell, but mostly Montgomery Wards. They made light industrial and home use woodworking products.
With that RPM being what, 11,000 or 14,000 RPM, good chance that the motor is an early AC/DC powered router/shaper, probably stationary of some type.
