You can cut a groove down each edge with your table saw, gradualy raising the blade up to full height.. Then use a handsaw to cut through the middle of it. The groove helps to guide it

Just be careful and down think about standing the board up one its ends for a run through the saw. Plane both faces first and then you can just plane off the weird middle piece later.
