Passion and motivation is most certainly a strange topic to understand. My brother, who is 3 years younger than me has been passionate about electromics since he was 6 or 7 years old. I can remember him going around the neighborhood with his little red wagon and picking up old radios and TV’s etc. that someone had thrown away. He was fascinated with the tubes and transistors and other electrical gizmos that made these things up back in the 50’s. He has always worked with electronics and computers and has spent untold hours continually learning and improving his skills.
My son who is 27 has always had the same passion with computers and motivated himself to become successful in the computer anamation field in Los Angeles..
I have a hard time remembering which mouse button to push on my computer. All i need is 2 fingers to type… and have just about given up on trying to figure out sketch-up for designing. For me, I have to be able to put my hands on what I work with and touch it and view it.
