I have so many passions, and it’s always been that way. Some pathways that started out as passions have faded away and led me to change careers and discover new passions. Some hobbies that used to take up all my time have become sidebars and now trying to make things out of wood is what I am really interested in doing on the side. I think the thing that keeps me passionate about anything is the learning curve – as long as it’s there and being fueled… I’m in.

Motivation comes from within, and is helped by the encouragement of others. This site is a great motivation. When I look at the great things that are done, I want to try. I yearn to be as good – but I am also a realist and make it a learning experience.

Then there are days when I am so tired from work that I have zero motivation and want to sit like a bump on a lot watching TV… except I cut TV a few years back. So, I select a movie or a game instead. Even when you get into a career that you enjoy…. there are plenty of things you have to do which suck the motivation out of you. Hopefully, the passion brings you back.
