well i can see your point…i graduated high school 3 yrs ago and i see where all my friends went..for me i love my job. im a carpenter by day and a woodworker by night and a father and a husband 24/7. I have a strong passion for my job and I love starting a new day to work with the tools. The way I see it, parties, alcohol, and drugs make your life miserable. I smoked the wacky in high school but halfway through it i realized it was bringing me nowhere and i was getting nothing but a stupid buzz from it so why waste my time and money with it when i could be doing something better. So I go into woodworking and built my portfolio that got me where i am today. As for my friends, when i look at them, theres the ones who partied hardy and the ones who partied hardly. The ones who always went out got wasted and didn’t give a dam are still at home doin the same thing working miserably at some dead end job or not working at all. And for the friends who took care of themselves are in school or done school, proudly working their career, and most on their own already. So thats how I see it and where it all begins.
