You’ll need to invest in a shaper or a 2 1/4hp- 3 1/4hp router mounted in a table for milling all the tongue and groove edges on the flooring. I say this because a small router based router table will struggle to mill that much flooring.

You can’t lay solid flooring directly on concrete. You need to glue and nail 3/4 ply down first, then you can use a standard flooring stapler to nail the flooring down.
